At Kaftko, we want you to feel as bold and comfortable as our prints, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your kaftan or lounge piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
